A quiet week – building blocks for survey methods

There was no new app version this week. The work happened under the surface and prepares next week's release.

What happened

• Building blocks. Survey methods can now share common building blocks, for example recording points, lines and areas. A building block is not a survey method of its own and cannot be added to a project. It makes sure the same things work the same way in every method, and that improvements arrive everywhere.
• Preparation for notifications. The foundation for keeping you informed about news in your projects is in place on the server. The feature itself will arrive in one of the next versions.

Outlook

The next version brings a new way into the app: signing in without a password, and your private project is carried over when you create an account.
